Our adult Tae Kwon Do programme provides a fun way to get in shape while learning Martial Arts. These classes cover a wide range of activities including pattern formation, technique development drills, pad work, sparring and fitness. Students progress and develop at their own pace, gaining confidence in a team-oriented environment.
Classes have a mix of students and are popular with families who wish to pursue an activity together.
Classes for 8-12 year olds focused on teaching the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do, respect, self-control & discipline through fun activities.
The main aim of the Junior programme is to teach children martial arts techniques, in a comfortable and safe environment. The programme is kept age specific allowing us to get the best out of the students, teaching them our standard Tae Kwon Do syllabus and forming a stepping stone to entering the Adult Programme.
Classes are fun and energetic, encouraging children to discover things for themselves, while remaining structured enough to ensure that every student gets the most out of each class.
An age specific programme for 3-7 year olds designed to enhance concentration & co-ordination skills in a fun environment.
The Tiny Tigers programme is designed to meet the needs of 3-7 year olds and offers a balanced blend of basic martial arts training, games and life skills. The children learn to listen, control their bodies and work in a team as well as independently, while keeping fit and active. The encouragement they receive gives them confidence and the motivation to always try their best.
We are dedicated to promoting a positive attitude, a fun approach to fitness, and an excellent foundation for other life achievements.
